I recently had the pleasure of working with Classic Roofing & Construction, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Simon and Diana. After receiving over six bids, Classic was my first and most price-competitive option right from the start. Simon came out to my house, thoroughly examined the roof, and provided a professional quote in a timely manner. His report was the most complete and professional among all the bidders. Throughout the process, both Simon and Diana were extremely patient and professional as I navigated weeks of ongoing bidding due to the large size of my roof. Diana regularly checked in with me, always friendly and never pushy. Ultimately, it was their detailed project overview, competitive pricing, professional quote, and friendly, regular follow-up that won me over. Simon was incredibly helpful, making numerous adjustments to the contract to meet my needs. While I eagerly await the completion of my roof, I felt compelled to give a big kudos to Diana and Simon for their outstanding service. After having roof and interior damage from one of the many hurricanes this year, I had to search for a roofing company to not only replace my roof but also rebuild the porch roof structure that got crushed by a tree, and interior drywall/ insulation. I called many contractors to get quotes. After I spoke with many people, once Simon showed up, upon speaking with him, I knew they were the company I was going to use. Simon has a multi-talented background in just about every field that covers fixing up your home, he is extremely knowledgeable and will be in your pocket every step of the process. One of the main reasons I chose Classic was also the fact that they have their own contractors that do interior work as well. So my entire project was blanketed under one bill, one company, which made this super simple. I even told my wife in the beginning once Simon left after getting the estimate that they will be the company I use even before seeing the rest of the contractors I called. Simon was great and gave me a better price than the competition with a BETTER warranty! The installers showed up bright and early and were very neat , clean and professional. They laid out several tarps around the perimeter of my hose including my wifes flower bed to protect from all the debris of taking the old shingles off. Great experience, fast and responsive! After the recent hurricanes I had contacted several roofing companies to try and get a quote for repairs and had a really hard time getting someone to come out and assess the damage. I contacted classic roofing and spoke to Austin Barth and he was awesome. The very next day they sent someone out who was able to use a drone to pin point damage and take awesome pictures so I could see first hand all the repairs that needed to be made.
