I would just like to say, Kira the representative for classic roofing came out to my house did a visual inspection and gave me an estimate which I thought was fair, To replace my fascia board and soffit. The contractors came out a few weeks later, we started off on a misunderstanding but the contractors were very nice and professional checked it out came back got started and they did an awesome job I'm very happy with the work that they did and would recommend them to anyone which I have, thank you so much classic roofing and now I'm going to get some gutter work done because they did such a awesome job on the soffit. - 10/23/2024

The crew arrived at 7am, and proceeded to set up, spreading tarps around the whole house. They worked all morning with just one break fir lunch. Continued in till 6:30 pm. Repaired 3 areas of rotted wood. Shingles and all work they did was beautiful. They completely cleaned up everything around the house, replacing the outdoor furniture in the original location. Walked the entire yard wirh magnets to pick up any and all nails in the area. They then cleaned pavers and stucco. - 10/23/2024

He did a complete inspection of my roof after Hurricane Milton and, being very honest, he explained to me that it was minor damage and that my insurance would probably charge me a deductible that was much higher than what the minor repair would have really cost. After Hurricane Milton, the living room ceiling was wet in some spots. Simon with Classic Roofing and Construction came out and inspected the roof. There was a no cost initial inspection. The inspection resulted in no roof leak found. The category 3 hurricane winds and rain managed to get into the vent on the roof that caused the wet spot. I had over 7 quotes for a roof and gutter replacement for my home. Ben and his team were able to accommodate my needs and be very competitive with pricing. In addition to this, Ben noticed and brought to my attention that part of my existing roof was not within current code due to lack of slope. Only 2 out of the 7 Contractors that I had out to quote the job had noticed this flaw. Had this flaw not been corrected doing a roof placement, a city inspector could have demanded that the roof be torn up and redone to accommodate current Florida code. We had a great experience with Classic Roofing. Will came out and gave us a very fair estimate on our roof leak. We have a tile roof and it’s hard to find a company that knows how to repair these. Well Classic Roofs sent Samuel and his helper out to do the work. They did an outstanding job putting the tile back together without breaking any tile I might add.
