This company make it incredible easy to navigate all the questions and doubts we had about a good roofing company. Not only are they very professional, extremely courteous, but also provided us with all proof for our home insurance. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants a roof done well.

I confidently recommend Classic Roofing, as my experience with them was stellar. From beginning to end, every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. During the RFP stage, I met with several roofing companies, but far and away the best proposal was delivered by Alex Grounder at Classic. During the free estimate he introduced me to the company, the products they recommend, and the process. He walked the roof, took some pictures to help me visualize things as he talked me through the estimate later. After his visual inspection, he took some time in his work truck and about 30 minutes later, knocked on my door and walked me through a proposal deck with 2 tiers of pricing based on various material. He brought with him material samples so I could interact with them, which helped give me confidence that I was making informed decisions. His proposal included financing options, but I opted to for a discounted cash price. After the initial proposal, Alex and the office team at Classic would occasionally follow-up. Though they weren't the absolute cheapest option, they were competitive, and given the professionalism and emphasis on ensuring I was as informed as possible, I ultimately selected Classic Roofing for the job. Leading up to construction, the team, especially Alex and Shyann, kept me informed of the process and we're very friendly when I visited the office to drop off a deposit check. The day prior to construction, a Classic supervisor arrived to lay down protective tarps over my driveway and landscaping. On construction day, the team of 10 or so roofers arrived bright and early. They setup the site quickly and got to work. I came out every so often to check on progress and I was impressed with their efficiency. From someone who manages high performing teams, it's easy for me to recognize a skilled group of individuals who are working together optimally. Kudos to Johnny, their foreman, for directing things. The roofing team was courteous, respectful, and clearly a hard working set of guys. Their supervisor, Jordan, was on site several times throughout the day to answer any of my questions and to provide an update on progress. After 8 hours, they began cleanup and I had a brand new beautiful roof. Upon a visual inspection from me, everything seems perfect. The team did a great job cleaning up and ran magnets over my entire property to pick up any nails. By the time they drove off, you could barely tell they were even there. Given the experience I had with Classic thus far, I'm confident that my roof was installed with care and craftsmanship and that they will stand behind the quality of their work for years to come. If you're in the market for a new roof, I recommend you call Alex and Classic Roofing.

They exhibited professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. The team was punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done. Classic Roofing was prompt with scheduling Will to come to my home for a consultation/Bid for my project. Will was on time, pleasant & knowledgeable. The project was started/completed when they predicted and in an appropriate timeframe. Afterwards the crew was very mindful to return things to their place (outdoor chairs etc) and picked all equipment & materials. I’m very happy with the quality of their work and attention to my concerns.

I was not expecting to redo my roof at this time, but Classic Roofing made every step of the process simple. Austin was a great help and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated how transparent this company was vs other quotes I received. The crew who did my roof took great care of my house and solved a hiccup quickly and without any additional stress on my end.

Honestly I was nervous getting our roof done. But after meeting Kevin Rock, and him walking myself through each step of the way was a big reassurance for us. He made sure we understood everything from the beginning of reaching out, to the end of the project. He got us taken care of on the financing side of things, and made sure we were happy with the bill. I can not show enough gratitude to the entire team for outstanding and professional they were. What a great experience I had with Classic Roofing. Alex Gounder was an amazing rep for the company. He communicated with me from the beginning til the end. Also the ladies from the office are A+ very professional and great to speak with. Not only will you get professionalism from Classic Roofing but you will also get a beautiful roof at a great price compared to other companies. Believe me when I say this I called alot of known companies in the Bay area and no comparison Classic Roofing is the way to go!

The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Austin was a huge help and communicated effectively throughout the while process. Would definetely recommend them again!

Finished and upgraded a debilitated flatroof and standard shingle roof in 8 1/2 hours! Very impressed. The financing option offered was great if you have full intention to pay it off early (no prepayment penalties). Kevin presented and followed up with our project assiduously. We're happy we chose Classic Roofing!

Classic roofing did a great job in replacing my roof. Alex Gounder, sales consultant was very professional. He was always available to answer all my questions and provided me with lots of pictures and information on roofing. All the office people were nice and friendly. Mara and Jordan were great to answer my questions during the roofing process. The crews were hard working and dedicated. They did a nice job! Overall, Classic roofing is an excellent company with great service and work!

My experience with Classic Roofing and Construction was a great one from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I had never had a roof replacement before and asked a ton of questions but Chad, my sales rep, was very patient and answered all of them without hesitation. I was always prepared for what was going to be happening next. From Chad, to inside sales Diana, to Shyann, with permit coordination, the communication couldn't have been better and Armando and his crew did a great installation! Their work was excellent , prices are very fair and I'd most definitely recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Classic roofing to anyone out there looking for a roof. Very personable staff Diana really made the experience she made my Mom feel very comfortable through the whole process. Roofers were very efficient and thorough. Clean up could have been better lot of nails left behind and my wife stepped on a rusty nail.
