I was really surprised by Simon Lawrence's professionalism. He did a complete inspection of my roof after Hurricane Milton and, being very honest, he explained to me that it was minor damage and that my insurance would probably charge me a deductible that was much higher than what the minor repair would have really cost. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the company, but I especially thank Simon Lawrence. People like him are the ones you should find when hiring a service. Highly recommended.

I called the day after hurricane Helene as I had lost a few shingles. Michael Broughton came out to analyze the situation. While it was not major damage the company put my job in the queue and my roof was repaired within 2 weeks. In other words, even though it was a small job they did not push my issue out.

After Hurricane Milton, the living room ceiling was wet in some spots. Simon with Classic Roofing and Construction came out and inspected the roof. There was a no cost initial inspection. The inspection resulted in no roof leak found. The category 3 hurricane winds and rain managed to get into the vent on the roof that caused the wet spot. Simon explained how to monitor the area and that the roof is tight from any leaks. Thank you Simon! #peaceofmind

My experience with Classic Roofing & Construction was exceptional from beginning to end. Initially, I interacted with Simon Lawrence, the Sales Representative, who provided detailed estimates and guided me through the process. His patience and extensive knowledge made it a valuable learning experience. I had compared quotes from six other vendors, but none matched Simon's expertise or willingness to explore various options that fit my needs and budget. He quickly became a good friend that we even exchanged pictures of our Ridgeback pups! The crew that worked on my project also deserves commendation. They were not only punctual and respectful but also took great care to maintain the cleanliness of my yard and surrounding areas. Their hard work under the hot sun was impressive, and they consistently demonstrated professionalism throughout the project. A special mention goes to Rumalda, the supervisor, for her leadership and attention to detail. Update: 10/14/24 It will be unfair for me to not come here and add this comment: So hurricane Milton hit the neighborhood and ripped shingles off from a couple of neighbors homes who have had their roofing work done less than 2 years ago. I assumed that mine would be similar considering my roofing was done less than a month ago, but was pleasantly surprised that there was not even a scratch! This speaks volumes about the quality of workmanship and the materials. Great job Classic! Here is my double endorsement for you! Overall, I am thoroughly satisfied with Classic Roofing & Construction. Their commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship truly sets them apart in the industry. I had over 7 quotes for a roof and gutter replacement for my home. Ben and his team were able to accommodate my needs and be very competitive with pricing. In addition to this, Ben noticed and brought to my attention that part of my existing roof was not within current code due to lack of slope. Only 2 out of the 7 Contractors that I had out to quote the job had noticed this flaw. Had this flaw not been corrected doing a roof placement, a city inspector could have demanded that the roof be torn up and redone to accommodate current Florida code. Classic roofing provided five star service for pricing, knowledge of their trade, and customer service! Highly recommend.

The construction folks were wonderful. They worked thru the rain to get the work done, cleaned up everything and I found very few nails. Hats off to these folks! We had a few communication snafu's at first, but they were corrected quickly. Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them from my experience.

Classic Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job on my new roof. Quick turn around on getting me an estimate and completing the job. Also great customer service! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!!!

I was recommended by my Neighbor to go with classic. I had a leak somewhere on the roof and some water damage. Their project manager Chase came out and found the leak immediately. He showed me the issue with my flat roof and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and fixed it on the spot. Chase even explained to me how to fix the ceiling myself. Very knowledgeable guy!
