What a great experience!!! When I first started looking into replacing my roof I reached out to a few different companies. I spoke with each one directly at my home and expressed to each one that I was only in the beginning stages at the moment. Well, one of the companies really stood out. Owen was my sales rep for Classic Roofing. He understood that I was just in the preliminary stage and still took the time to make sure I understood the basics, the differences, and the process. A couple of months later I received a text message from Owen just touching base and reminding me that he is there for me when I'm ready. Owen continued to text me from time to time letting me know he didn't forget me and was available at anytime should I have any questions. I had a family emergency that had taken place and I let Owen know that the roof is on the back burner for the time being. He understood and from time to time would check in to make sure, first and foremost, that I was good. After I responded, he would let me know he is still here for me when I was ready. This went on for almost a year. Owen was never intrusive with his texts and only checked in from time to time. To be honest, it spoke volumes that he continued to check in with me. None of the other sales reps from the other companies ever checked back after our initial visit. When my wife and I were ready, we invited Owen back to our home to go over any changes. Owen was fun and funny. It was like having a friend over offering advice and suggestions. Owen is genuine and a very rare breed in the sales industry. Not only is Owen extremely knowledgeable about his products and services, but it is very evident that he is passionate about what he does and compassionate to the people he serves. I never once felt like Owen was trying to sell me a roof. I felt like he was working with me on making an investment and protecting my home. If you're looking into getting a new roof, you are quite aware that roofing material and all the options are a bit overwhelming. With that said, Owen stuck with my interests and explained, very simply, the differences and benefits of each option I was considering. Then he took the time to really listen to me. I mean he really listened to me. It was very evident that he wasn't concerned about the sale but rather more concerned about what I wanted to achieve. The day my roof was installed, Owen stopped by to check in and wanted to make sure I was happy. Not just pleased with my choice and craftsmanship, but actually happy with the entire process. After all is said and done, Owen was nothing shy of amazing and I am nothing shy of ecstatic. To everyone reading this post...You're obviously considering a roof. Please for the love of God, do not hire your neighbors friend that is willing to do it on a budget. Call Classic Roofing and ask for Owen. If you do, I'm willing to bet that you will write a slightly lengthy post about your experience and how amazing it was. - 4/10/2024

The crew of 5 arrived at my home at 7am. I was ready to meet them and they got started right away on removing the old roof. They took a lunch break around noon and finished the job by around 4pm. Start to finish in 1 day! Orb/Oscar was the lead installer and he communicated really well. He helped me locate the area for the bathroom exhaust to have it installed properly. My house looks brand new. It’s a perfect job. The quality of the installation and even the material is above anything you could ask for. From the office to the field, Classic Roofing is the way to go. As I mentioned in my previous review regarding the office staff and sales team, Caitlin was very helpful from start to finish. We had few estimates done for our house roof replacement, we picked these guys, we had very good experience with them, starting with sales to office and to the crew that did the job. Monday morning old roof was removed and half of new was installed, Tuesday was inspection, and Wednesday they finished everything, picked up every bit of trash, no damage to anything around the house, no damage to pool screen, I am very pleased, thank you Classic Roofing. - 3/23/2024 

Great roofing experience with Classic Roofing and Construction. Alex Gounder, Sales Consultant, was thorough in determining our needs and providing options for both the house roof and flat roof over the patio. Everything went smoothly the day of the project and Shyann with their office called during the day to see how things were going and checking for any questions or concerns. A couple of hours after it was finished the garbage container was picked up and shortly after that the inspector arrived and the final permit was approved. There were no glitches, delays or excuses - the best home project we have experienced. Just had my roof replaced and they did a fabulous job, I highly recommend!!! My sales manager Alex Gounder was very thorough and responsive during the sales process with no hard sell tactics and attentive through work completion and follow up. He was also extremely helpful as I struggled in choosing a shingle color especially in dropping off additional samples when requested. They were competitively and reasonably priced with excellent work related warranties plus scheduled me within 2 weeks.
