I would just like to say, Kira the representative for classic roofing came out to my house did a visual inspection and gave me an estimate which I thought was fair, To replace my fascia board and soffit. The contractors came out a few weeks later, we started off on a misunderstanding but the contractors were very nice and professional checked it out came back got started and they did an awesome job I'm very happy with the work that they did and would recommend them to anyone which I have, thank you so much classic roofing and now I'm going to get some gutter work done because they did such a awesome job on the soffit. - 10/23/2024

The crew arrived at 7am, and proceeded to set up, spreading tarps around the whole house. They worked all morning with just one break fir lunch. Continued in till 6:30 pm. Repaired 3 areas of rotted wood. Shingles and all work they did was beautiful. They completely cleaned up everything around the house, replacing the outdoor furniture in the original location. Walked the entire yard wirh magnets to pick up any and all nails in the area. They then cleaned pavers and stucco. - 10/23/2024

I was really surprised by Simon Lawrence's professionalism. He did a complete inspection of my roof after Hurricane Milton and, being very honest, he explained to me that it was minor damage and that my insurance would probably charge me a deductible that was much higher than what the minor repair would have really cost. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the company, but I especially thank Simon Lawrence. People like him are the ones you should find when hiring a service. While it was not major damage the company put my job in the queue and my roof was repaired within 2 weeks. After Hurricane Milton, the living room ceiling was wet in some spots. Simon with Classic Roofing and Construction came out and inspected the roof. There was a no cost initial inspection. The inspection resulted in no roof leak found. The category 3 hurricane winds and rain managed to get into the vent on the roof that caused the wet spot. Initially, I interacted with Simon Lawrence, the Sales Representative, who provided detailed estimates and guided me through the process. His patience and extensive knowledge made it a valuable learning experience. I had compared quotes from six other vendors, but none matched Simon's expertise or willingness to explore various options that fit my needs and budget. He quickly became a good friend that we even exchanged pictures of our Ridgeback pups! The crew that worked on my project also deserves commendation. I had over 7 quotes for a roof and gutter replacement for my home. Ben and his team were able to accommodate my needs and be very competitive with pricing. In addition to this, Ben noticed and brought to my attention that part of my existing roof was not within current code due to lack of slope. Only 2 out of the 7 Contractors that I had out to quote the job had noticed this flaw. Had this flaw not been corrected doing a roof placement, a city inspector could have demanded that the roof be torn up and redone to accommodate current Florida code. He showed me the issue with my flat roof and what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and fixed it on the spot. Chase even explained to me how to fix the ceiling myself. The day the roofers arrived, it was a crew of 8 people who worked to finish an absolutely beautiful installation and thereafter cleaned every debris around our home. We had a great experience with Classic Roofing. Will came out and gave us a very fair estimate on our roof leak. We have a tile roof and it’s hard to find a company that knows how to repair these. Well Classic Roofs sent Samuel and his helper out to do the work. They did an outstanding job putting the tile back together without breaking any tile I might add. He even pulled up our trash can from the street once the trash truck ran. I highly recommend this company to do your roof repairs. Very professional but friendly company. I enjoyed the initial process and the price of the new roof project. After completion it failed inspection twice due to the dryer vent flap being pushed in, but was eventually fixed. The other issue was the addition perk they were running for a discounted vacation voucher, as this took a long time to obtain. We had classic roofing come out there on time. They worked on the roof and appeared to repair it, but the leak persisted and we had to get another crew out the next day to redo the roof where the leak was the second crew said it was repaired and now we’re just waiting for some rain to make sure that in fact it is repaired. - 8/16/2024 

After watching Classic put a new roof on a neighbors house I had them shortlisted and saved their number to my contacts in the event we were ever in need. After sustaining some roof damage from TS Debbie, Simon Lawrence responded to our call within hours and was on the roof the next day. He was able to tarp the damaged area and get us a quote before leaving to his next appointment. Simon also offered to come back to discuss the scope of the project with the insurance adjuster and we took him up on it and am glad that we did. Simon works fast and smart. He is personable and never did I feel like he was just there going through the motions. That was 10 days ago and we are scheduled to have the new roof next week. I'll follow up with another review after the job is completed. If you are lucky enough to have Simon answer the call you will be in good hands.
